Help Desk
It often occurs that after completion of the product or service costumers cope with questions. The costumer came out of a workshop track and now begins to maintain the website on their own. For any problems that occur or questions that rise to the surface at that time the costumer is offered help desk support. Even in this phase will Netplanet assist you.
