Project description
In recent years, Netplanet successfully completed a variety of projects at multiple organizations. The assignments vary from website and intranet development to search engine marketing, customized linkage and/or the implementation of Typo3, the user friendly content management system. Below we have selected a view of those project with added commentary:
Pharos
Description: Typo3 Enterprise - an advanced authorization infrastructure
Pharos is an organization founded by parents of gifted children for parents with gifted children. With its 2,000 members, Pharos is the largest national organization of parents with gifted children. The board of Pharos requested Netplanet to align the main design with all their websites and online publications. A clear implementation of a detailed permission tool on an user level and content level followed and Netplanet realized a national website and regional websites with public and restricted accessible areas.
Merlet Interim
Description: Typo3 Standard and workshop
Merlet Interim Management planned to launch a stylish website in a limited time frame. Merlet requested a weblog tool and an uniform content management system through which knowledge and experience efficiency was gained with extending and managing other, multiple websites in the same CMS. Graphic designer Marco van Klaveren and Netplanet were in charge of the translation of the Merlet main style to an online version.
Netplanet developed the website for this Mac OS X fan within the preset time frame with its full functionality. Typo3 CMS works perfectly with Firefox on a Mac OS X.

Amsterdam Underground Festival
The Amsterdam Underground Festival organized a four-day cultural festival on underground locations throughout Amsterdam. The schedule and locations were kept a secret until the final week. All news items and bulletins were updated via the website communicating with visitors, sponsors and partners. The organization requested maximum (artistic) freedom and flexibility of Netplanet and Typo3 CMS. Along with content managers and artist of the Willem de Kooning Akademie in Rotterdam, this festival became a true, exciting and intriguing spectacle.

GGZ Dijk en Duin
Description: Typo3 Enterprise and workshops
GGZ Dijk en Duin got very experienced with their customized intranet. The organization longed for an intuitive and user friendly CMS. In addition, the Division of information and Automation wanted to reduce the time spend on creating web forms and continues dynamic features on their intranet. The Department of Communication and Public Relations wanted to be more consistent and aligned with the custom style.
Netplanet developed an entire new intranet conform the custom style of the PR department (communications). Individual departments of GGZ are now able to manage their content in a very user friendly environment using Typo3 Enterprise.
Hotel Restaurant Stad en Land
Description: Typo3 Professional - multilingual versions and Search Engine Optimalisation
Hotel Restaurant Stad en Land asked Netplanet to redo their website entirely, including simplifying the administrative process of signing up and online reservations. The website should provide a visual impression of the hotel as well as the restaurant and extras for future guests. Potential guests from France, Germany, and England should choose for the hotel in Alkmaar in the beginning stages of their orientation.
Netplanet created several templates for an aligned and consistent use of the default style and developed a highly advanced reservation form linked to the reservation system of the hotel.
In addition, Netplanet optimized the French, English, Dutch and German website for the Google search engine. At the moment this hotel receives dozens of reservations daily through their website.
